Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Program/Project Manager to drive our Global RPO project to success and lead our team in delivering exceptional results. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, governance and reporting. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and fostering a collaborative environment while ensuring the governance on time.
ON-SITE ROLE LOCATED: Bangalore, Client Onsite (ORR).
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of min 20-member team of recruiters, sourcers and Talent Acquisition coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Plan, initiate, execute and drive various standard operating procedures ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manages human resource goals by recruiting team members, training and coaching employees.
- Provide input to ensure that teams consist of diverse, qualified individuals.
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
- Accomplishes strategic objectives by overseeing multiple project activities.
- Communicates job expectations by planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions.
- Plans and reviews compensation actions and enforces policies and procedures.
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews and preparing and completing action plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional stakeholders in order to ensure timely, closure of requirements in their respective verticals.
- Ensuring governance mechanics is followed and actioned on the feedback
- Risk management: Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them.
- Team coordination: Assembling and managing a team to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns.
What are we looking for
- Currently in a role as Program Manager within RPO/MSP/IT Services Industry (deputed at client location)
- 15 years of experience in HR or related field.
- Excellent communication, Talent Management, Team Management, Stakeholder Mgt and Reporting (MS Excel) skills.
- Someone with RPO experience deployed at client location and managing teams and performance
- Handled large deal programs, either for IT/Non IT in the HR space
- Managed hiring and performance of recruiters,sourcers, and TAC's
- Experience implementing Program policies within the RPO/MSP space
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills should be able to demonstrate through case study
- Based out of Bangalore or willing to relocate
