Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Recruitment Management

  • Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting through candidate onboarding
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality hiring standards

Recruitment Strategy & Talent Sourcing

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels and recruitment tools to build strong candidate pipelines

Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
  • Understand business requirements and align recruitment efforts accordingly

Candidate Assessment & Selection

  • Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit
  • Coordinate interview processes and provide timely feedback to stakeholders

Onboarding Coordination

  • Work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth and timely onboarding of selected candidates
  • Support candidates throughout the pre-joining and onboarding process

Recruitment Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness and efficiency
  • Identify improvement areas and implement corrective actions to enhance hiring outcomes
