About Retail Portfolio Management Group
The RPMG department focuses on the lending business of the bank by offering various loan products like Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans among others. They also offer working capital loans and Business loans for Small Businesses and is also responsible for the receivables/collections business of the bank
AbouttheRole
The Portfolio Head handles PAN INDIA collection across buckets along with various collection channels. Portfolio Head ensures resolution across buckets and manages the portfolio as per the existing process. Liaise with product team to provide regular inputs and highlights the risk. To oversee the Credit Card collections by monitoring and guiding the collections team/outsource vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve the required resolution target as per the business requirement. Ensure minimum forward flow to the next bucket. Inventory management basis quarterly targets/ risk benchmarks @ 30DPD+, 90DPD+ & 180DPD+ Net NPA Performance against the targets for the month. Recovery Target for the month - RURAL Gross Slippages & Inventory management basis resolution targets. NPA Recovery / Upgrade for the month
