Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- System Development & Enhancement: Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions, enhancements, and integrations for the JDA MMS platform, including modifications to existing functionalities and creation of new modules.
- System Management & Support: Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for the JDA MMS environment, addressing issues related to system performance, data integrity, and user access.
- Integration Management: Work closely with other teams to ensure seamless integration between JDA MMS and other enterprise systems (e.g., POS, WMS, ERP, e-commerce platforms).
- Data Management: Oversee data migration, data quality initiatives, and reporting capabilities within JDA MMS.
- System Configuration: Configure JDA MMS modules to meet evolving business requirements and optimize workflows.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and system diagrams.
- User Training & Support: Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective utilization of JDA MMS functionalities.
- Project Leadership: Lead or participate in JDA MMS-related projects, including upgrades, implementations, and process improvements, from concept to completion.
- Performance Tuning: Monitor and tune JDA MMS for optimal performance and scalability.
- Best Practices: Stay current with JDA MMS best practices, new features, and industry trends to recommend and implement innovative solutions.
