Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong RPA and Intelligent Automation experience. The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end automation projects, stakeholder communication, team coordination, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage automation projects from initiation to delivery.

• Gather and document business requirements.

• Coordinate with Business Analysts, Developers, and stakeholders.

• Track project timelines, risks, and deliverables.

• Conduct client meetings and provide project updates.

• Ensure projects are delivered within scope, quality, and timelines.

• Maintain project documentation and status reports.

• Support process improvements and delivery best practices.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of Project Management experience.

• Relevant RPA experience is mandatory.

• Good understanding of UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.

• Experience in client-facing project delivery.

• Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Intelligent Automation or Digital Transformation projects.

• PMP, Scrum, or similar certifications are an added advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

• Relevant RPA experience.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Client-facing experience.

• Immediate or Early Joiners preferred.
