Job Description

Job Title: RPA UiPath Developer

Key Responsibilities

As an RPA UiPath Developer, you will:

  • Solution Design & Development: Analyze client needs to develop robust RPA solutions. Design and develop RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
  • UiPath Implementation: Design, build, and implement RPA systems using the UiPath platform.
  • Automation Configuration: Develop and configure automation processes as per defined requirements.
  • Blue Prism (if applicable): Configure new Blue Prism processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
  • Integration & Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members to ensure that RPA solutions are well-integrated into business processes.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Problem-solve issues that arise in the day-to-day running of RPA processes (including Blue Prism processes if applicable), providing timely responses and solutions.
  • Project Management Support: Work within project planning constraints, communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager, and provide inputs to the change control process.
  • Testing & Documentation: Create and document test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases. Support Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

Technical Proficiency:

  • UiPath: Strong hands-on experience in designing, building, and implementing RPA systems using the UiPath platform.
  • RPA Design Principles: Proven ability to design and develop RPA solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
  • Automation Configuration: Experience in developing and configuring automation processes based on defined requirements.
  • Blue Prism (if applicable): Experience in configuring Blue Prism processes and objects (mention if this is a primary focus or secondary).

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze client needs and translate them into RPA solutions.
  • Experience in creating and documenting test procedures and scenarios for pre-UAT phases.
  • Experience in supporting UAT and rollout phases.
  • Proven problem-solving skills for RPA process issues.

Essential Professional Skills

  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure solution integration.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills for addressing issues in daily RPA operations.
  • Communication: Ability to communicate project risks and issues clearly to management.
