Hiring: Technical Lead – RPA Automation (Blue Prism & UiPath)

We are seeking experienced Technical Leads with strong expertise in Blue Prism, UiPath, BOT Automation, and Migration Projects for a leading organization.

Location: Hyderabad | Bangalore | Chennai | Pune | Noida

Experience: 5 – 14 Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Required

Budget: up to 32 LPA with 10% variables

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, design, and implementation of automation solutions using Blue Prism and UiPath.

• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to development teams.

• Ensure software quality, security, scalability, maintainability, and performance standards are met.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define functional and non-functional requirements.

• Drive automation initiatives and support strategic digital transformation programs.

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Blue Prism and UiPath

• Experience in BOT Automation and Migration Projects

• Strong understanding of software development methodologies and project management

• Knowledge of Java, JavaScript, and C++

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's Degree preferred)

• Test-Driven Development (TDD)

• DevOps Principles and Tools

• Cloud Technologies (AWS/Azure)
