We are seeking an experienced RPA Solution Architect to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in robotic process automation and will be responsible for designing and implementing RPA solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RPA solutions to automate business processes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
• Develop and maintain RPA architecture and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to RPA developers.
• Ensure quality and performance of RPA solutions through rigorous testing and optimization.
• Document RPA processes and architecture for knowledge sharing and future reference.
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in RPA technology.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-12 years of experience in RPA architecture and development.
• Proficiency in RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Java.
• Experience with process analysis and optimization.
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Familiarity with cloud technologies and deployment practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
