RPA - Senior Engineer

Job Description

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Stay informed on evolving RPA, Power Platform, agentic automation, and AI technologies, and apply best practices to assigned development work
- Participate in workshops and interviews with business process SMEs to gather, validate, and document process details
- Assist in design and configuration sessions and provide implementation input and recommendations
Develop, test, debug, and deploy automations into production with consideration for functionality, data integrity, security, integration, infrastructure, and performance
- Develop and maintain automations and Agents using UiPath (preferred), including attended, unattended, and intelligent automations
- Design and support workflow automations using Microsoft Power Automate, including integrations with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dataverse, and related Power Platform services
- Build and support AI‑enabled workflows, including Generative Document Extraction, intelligent data processing, and human‑in‑the‑loop patterns
- Contribute to the development and support of agentic automation solutions, including decision‑based and goal‑oriented workflows where applicable
- Register, maintain, and update automation ideas and solutions within UiPath Automation Hub, following established governance and intake processes
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify, baseline, and validate automation value metrics such as time savings, effort reduction, accuracy improvements, and employee experience impact
- Support the tracking and realization of automation benefits by capturing value assumptions, post‑deployment results, and supporting ongoing value validation
- Support software production schedules and processing for assigned automation projects
- Create and execute unit tests and assist with integration and UAT testing activities
- Support existing production automations and assist with enhancements, fixes, and revisions
- Assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements, solution designs, test cases, runbooks, and other design artifacts
- Maintain required documentation in alignment with change management and SDLC processes
- Work within approved software development methodologies and automation standards
- Participate in test planning, execution, and defect resolution
- Escalate technical issues appropriately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for process improvement, automation expansion, and increased value realization
- Promote quality standards, security practices, and industry best practices
- Adhere to ethical standards and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ETS policies

5+ years experience
UiPath Advanced RPA Developer Certification
Experience with UiPath Agents, Apps, Orchestrator, Studio, IXP, Automation Ops, Integration Service, Automation Hub, APIs, and Databases.
Assignment length: 12 months
