Job Description

RPA - Power Automate

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Workflow Automation: o Design, develop, and implement automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to optimize business processes. o Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation to improve efficiency.

2. Integration: o Integrate Power Automate with various applications and services to enable seamless data flow and communication. o Work closely with IT and business teams to understand integration requirements and ensure smooth data transfer.

3. Custom Connector Development: o Create custom connectors in Power Automate to connect with internal and external systems. o Implement secure and efficient data transfer mechanisms.

4. Solution Design: o Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design end-to-end automation solutions. o Ensure that automated workflows align with business goals and compliance standards.

5. Troubleshooting and Support: o Monitor and troubleshoot Power Automate flows to identify and resolve issues promptly. o Provide support to end-users and address any concerns related to automated processes.

6. Security and Compliance: o Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data within automated workflows. o Ensure that Power Automate solutions comply with organizational and regulatory standards.

7. Documentation: o Maintain comprehensive documentation for Power Automate solutions, including workflow designs, integration details, and troubleshooting guidelines.

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Power Automate Developer or in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate, including designing and implementing complex workflows.
  • Experience with integrating Power Automate with other Microsoft 365 tools, as well as third-party applications.
  • Knowledge of connectors and custom connector development. Understanding of API integration and RESTful services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
