Roles And Responsibilites
- Workflow Design & Development: Creating Cloud Flows (automated, scheduled, or instant) and Desktop Flows (RPA) to automate legacy systems that don't have APIs.
- Integration: Building Custom Connectors to link Power Automate with third-party software or proprietary internal databases via REST APIs.
- AI Implementation: Using AI Builder to automate document processing (e.g., reading invoices), sentiment analysis, or predictive modeling.
- Administration & Governance: Managing environments, ensuring data loss prevention (DLP) policies are followed, and monitoring flow runs for failures.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translating business speak (e.g., We need to speed up our vacation approvals) into technical logic (Triggers, Conditions, and Actions).
- Optimization: Reviewing existing flows to reduce API call consumption and improve execution speed.
