RPA Lead Consultant

Role Overview

• Lead the RPA development team to identify new automation opportunities, analyze requirements, and shape solution approaches for business process transformation using RPA.
• Responsible for leading the design, development, and deployment of RPA bots for multiple clients.
• Support various teams in solution lifecycle management, including ongoing operational support and process change activities.
• Mentor and provide oversight to the RPA development team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead RPA bot development initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality automation solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and estimate efforts for automation projects.
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Handle solution lifecycle management including operational support and process changes.
• Mentor team members and provide guidance on RPA best practices.
• Work on integrations with APIs, document understanding, and machine learning models in UiPath.
• Implement error and exception handling mechanisms for robust automation.

Technical Skills & Expertise

• Hands-on experience with RE Framework.
• Experience with Data Tables, Arguments, and Variables.
• Proficient with Selectors, Libraries, debugging, breakpoints, and watch points.
• Knowledge of Orchestrator and deployment processes.
• Experience with PDF automation, document understanding, and image automation.
• Understanding of Abbyy Integration.
• Experience with .NET programming.
• Understanding of Machine Learning with Python integration in RPA.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Experience with Citrix automation and Regex.
• Understanding of machine learning models and their capabilities within UiPath.

Certifications

• UiPath Developer Certification (Mandatory)
