Job Description

Required Technical Skills:

  • 3–5 years of hands-on RPA experience
  • Strong experience with UiPath (must-have)
  • Designing, developing, testing, and deploying UiPath automations
  • Microsoft Azure DevOps (CI/CD pipelines, Git repositories, branching, pull requests, backlogs, user stories, and boards)
  • Strong programming fundamentals and software engineering principles
  • Troubleshooting and supporting existing automations

 

Preferred Experience:

  • Working in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
  • Business process analysis and process improvement
  • Process documentation
  • Stakeholder collaboration and requirements gathering

 

Key Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Good communication and teamwork
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
