About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere (A360 and Agentic framework). The ideal candidate will bring strong technical depth in designing, building, and deploying robust automation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Experience with UiPath and Blue Prism will be considered an advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere (including 360 and Agentic framework).
- Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
- Build reusable components, frameworks, and libraries for future use.
- Perform code reviews, ensure best practices, and optimize bots for performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with infrastructure and IT teams for deployment and monitoring of bots in production.
- Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and enhancements of existing automations.
- Stay current with RPA and AI-driven automation trends, contributing innovative ideas to improve delivery.
Required Qualifications:
- 46 years of RPA development experience, with at least 3 years in Automation Anywhere.
- Strong knowledge of Automation Anywhere 360 platform and Agentic framework.
- Proficiency in building complex workflows, error handling, and reusable assets.
- Familiarity with UiPath and Blue Prism platforms is a plus.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, agile methodology, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, VBScript, JavaScript, or .NET) preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
