Your Role
As an RPA Developer, you will design, develop, test, and deploy automation solutions using UiPath. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to analyze processes, build robust automations, maintain existing bots, and ensure seamless operations across production environments.
In this role, you will:
- Develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows using UiPath.
- Perform code fixes, refactor automations, and remediate bots deployed in production.
- Work with Excel, Email automation, Web automation, Orchestrator, Queues, RE Framework, SQL, APIs, and PDF extraction tools.
- Manage end-to-end lifecycle of bots including monitoring, troubleshooting, and enhancement.
- Prepare documentation including solution design, test cases, deployment steps, and support artifacts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze automation opportunities.
- Participate in both development and support roles as required.
- Work in an agile environment and contribute throughout the automation lifecycle.
Your Profile
- 46 years of total experience with 36 years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
- Strong understanding of RPA concepts and UiPath components: Studio, Orchestrator, Queues, RE Framework, Activities, and Workflows.
- Proficiency in Excel automation, email automation, web automation, SQL queries, API integrations, and document (PDF) processing.
- Experience in production bot support, debugging, code refactoring, and performance optimization.
- Exposure to any of the following is beneficial:
- Machine Learning & AI-based automation solutions
- UiPath Test Suite
- AI Center
- Process mining and BPM tools
- Willingness to work in hybrid roles involving both development and production support.
- UiPath Certifications (UIARD / UIADP) are mandatory.
