About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on RPA Developer (Uipath & Re Framework) to design, develop, and deploy scalable automation solutions using leading RPA tools. The ideal candidate should have strong technical, programming, and problem-solving skills with real-world automation delivery experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy end-to-end RPA solutions
- Build reusable automation components and frameworks
- Work with APIs, databases, and external systems
- Handle exception handling, logging, and performance optimization
- Collaborate with product, QA, and infrastructure teams
- Participate in code reviews and follow best engineering practices
- Support bot monitoring, debugging, and production issues
Technical Skills Required
- Hands-on experience with UiPath / Re Framework / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
- Strong programming skills in Python / .NET / Java
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
- Good knowledge of SQL / relational databases
- Understanding of OOP concepts and SDLC
- Experience with Git / version control
- Familiarity with Windows services, schedulers, queues
Good To Have
- RPA certification (UiPath / AA / Blue Prism)
Qualifications
- BCA+MCA mandatory
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
