Job Description
- We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with strong hands-on experience in Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Cloud. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, reviewing, and implementing robust automation solutions while ensuring best development practices and high-quality delivery.
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation) is an advanced automation technology aimed at enhancing business productivity and maximizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
1. On-time Delivery
- Collaborate with Business Analysts (BA) to prepare design documents and obtain client sign-off
- Develop automation workflows using Power Automate Desktop & Cloud
- Drive unit testing to ensure code quality
- Prepare sample and test cases
- Perform SIT testing (test cases can be developed by RPA Developer)
- Support UAT along with business acceptance
- Participate in final sign-off with BA and stakeholders
- Monitor hyper-care activities and escalate post-hyper-care issues appropriately
- Ensure accurate handover to the support team
- Provide technical consultancy to other developers
- Support Scrum teams by removing technical blockers
2. Quality Check / Code Review
- Review code for adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Validate functional and technical requirements
- Identify performance bottlenecks and suggest optimizations
- Detect potential security vulnerabilities
- Evaluate code maintainability, scalability, and reusability
- Recommend improvements for long-term sustainability
3. Documentation & Knowledge Management
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation
- Actively participate in daily stand-up meetings
- Track completed tasks, plan daily activities, and highlight risks impacting delivery
