RPA Developer

Role Overview

We are looking for a senior RPA UiPath Developer with strong hands-on experience in UiPath and ABBYY FlexiCapture to design, build, and support scalable automation solutions. This role is suited for an individual contributor who can independently own end-to-end automation delivery while collaborating closely with business and technical stakeholders across India-based delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support UiPath-based automation solutions.

• Own the full automation lifecycle including requirements analysis, development, UAT, deployment, and support.

• Build automations involving emails, Excel, ERP systems, web applications, and document processing.

• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.

• Maintain technical documentation and coding standards.

• Implement upgrades, patches, and enhancements.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices.

Experience & Education

• 4+ years of UiPath development experience.

• 5+ years of overall IT experience in Tier-1 or Tier-2 organizations.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

Must-Have Skills

• Advanced UiPath development (REFramework, Orchestrator, Queues, Assets).

• UiPath Advanced Developer Certification.

• Strong experience with ABBYY FlexiCapture (FlexiLayout, classification, extraction).

• Working knowledge of VB.NET and C#.

• ERP, web application and API integration automations.

• Production support and incident handling.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Chatbot integration with RPA.

• Cloud exposure (Azure/AWS).

• Experience with other OCR tools.

• CI/CD for RPA.

• Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
