Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled
Pega RPA Developer responsible for
designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the
Pega Robotic Automation platform. The role involves working closely with business and technical teams to automate workflows, optimize business processes, and enhance operational efficiency through
attended and unattended bots.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy Pega robotic automation solutions, including both attended and unattended bots.
- Configure and manage automation components using Pega Robotic Studio and Pega Robot Manager.
- Integrate RPA solutions with Pega applications, APIs, databases, and other enterprise systems.
- Collaborate with business analysts and solution architects to understand automation requirements and design optimal solutions.
- Develop reusable automation components, templates, and libraries to improve efficiency and maintainability.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities to ensure high-quality automation deliverables.
- Monitor and troubleshoot bot performance, resolving issues promptly to maintain stability and accuracy.
- Maintain documentation for automation workflows, technical specifications, and deployment procedures.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and best practices for RPA implementation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven hands-on experience in Pega Robotic Process Automation (RPA) development.
- Proficiency in Pega Robotic Studio and Pega Robot Manager.
- Strong understanding of process design, workflow automation, and system integration concepts.
- Experience in integrating automation with Pega Platform, APIs, databases, and other enterprise applications.
- Solid knowledge of .NET, C#, or related scripting languages for customization and extensions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with cross-functional teams.
Good To Have
- Pega Certified Robotics System Architect (CRSA) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with Pega Platform (PRPC) integration.
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven automation, OCR tools, or process mining technologies.
- Experience in financial services domain (FSS) environments.
