We are hiring a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer to join a leading US-based MNC's India office in Pune. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and maintaining RPA solutions using industry-standard tools, along with proficiency in automation scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and database integration.
Core Requirements (In Order of Importance):
Hands-on Experience with RPA Tools
- Proficiency in at least one leading RPA tool is required:
- UiPath (preferred)
- Automation Anywhere
- Blue Prism
Automation Scripting & Testing
- Strong experience using Selenium WebDriver for end-to-end test automation.
Programming Knowledge
- Proficient in at least one language: Python, Java, or C#
- Familiarity with HTML for automation scenarios involving web interfaces
DevOps and CI/CD
- Experience using Jenkins or other CI/CD tools for deploying and maintaining automation pipelines.
Database Integration
- Solid understanding of MySQL for managing data-driven automation workflows.
API Handling
- Experience with REST API development and consumption in automation contexts.
Soft Skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable RPA solutions.
- Build and run test automation using Selenium WebDriver.

- Support and monitor bots in production for smooth operation.
- Maintain documentation and version control of automation scripts and assets.
