RPA Developer SBPA

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities using RPA and SBPA frameworks.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
• Integrate RPA solutions with other technologies (AI/ML, OCR, APIs, ERP systems) to enhance automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to gather requirements and design scalable automation solutions.
• Ensure bots are robust, reliable, and aligned with enterprise architecture and security standards.
• Maintain, monitor, and improve deployed bots; handle incident and change management for RPA solutions.
• Document technical designs, development processes, and user manuals.
• Participate in code reviews, peer testing, and support training efforts for end users.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
• Proficiency with at least one RPA tool: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate, etc.
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, VBScript, or JavaScript.
• Understanding of business process management (BPM) and workflow automation concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with databases (SQL), APIs, and integration technologies.
• Knowledge of cognitive services and AI-based decision-making is a plus.
