Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Senior RPA Developer with 8+ Years to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in RPA tools, business analysis, project management, and team leadership.
Technical Knowledge:
- Proficient in RPA tools, specifically UiPath, including the UiPath Process Mining tool.
- Basic knowledge of Database Management.
- Skilled in documentation, including AS IS, TO BE, PDD, User Manual, and BRD.
- Expertise in bug reporting and tracking using tools like Jira and Bugzilla.
- Basic knowledge of APIs.
Software Testing:
- Strong understanding of software testing concepts across all phases of SDLC and STLC.
Collaboration and Analysis:
- Experience in business analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
- Strong expertise in project management, including planning, execution, and risk management.
- Proficient in preparing business process models, workflow diagrams, and functional specifications.
- Experience in handling teams and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to identify business requirements, functional design, and process improvements.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities and propose RPA strategies.
- Experience in team leadership and mentorship.
- Knowledge of banking applications such as CBS and Trade Finance is a plus.
Qualifications:
- B. Tech. with Post Graduate Diploma / MCA/ MBA in Information Technology or related field
