Responsibilities
Develop custom workflows and scripts to automate manual business processes, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
Work with business analysts and process owners to understand business processes and identify opportunities for automation.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring the automation solution meets the needs of the organization.
Collaborate with RPA architects, business analysts, and other team members to design and implement automation solutions.
Qualifications
7+ years of relevant experience in an Engineering role
Minimum 2+ years of experience in Automation process exposure
Strong programming skills in Python, Selenium
Hands-on experience in working with Open Source RPA tools like Robot Framework, TagUI, Taskt, or OpenRPA.
Experience in Automation Anywhere is a plus.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.
Working with Machine learning tools is a big plus
