About the Role

RPA Developers are the architects of efficiency, responsible for designing and implementing automated solutions that streamline business processes. This role is perfect for technical problem-solvers who can navigate complex workflows and translate them into high-performing digital workforces.

Key Responsibilities

Architecture: Design, develop, and implement end-to-end RPA solutions using industry-leading tools.

Process Analysis: Identify and evaluate business processes to determine suitability for automation.

Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot existing bots to ensure continuous and error-free operation.

Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation (PPD/SDD) for all automated processes.

Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of RPA into the business ecosystem.

What We Are Looking For

Education: B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

General Experience: 3 to 5 years of overall IT experience, including programming in .Net, Visual Basic, or C#.

Specific RPA Experience: 3 years of development experience specifically on the Automation Anywhere RPA platform.

Certification: Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional (Mandatory).

Scripting: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash, or VBS.

Web Technologies: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.

Soft Skills: Strong technical knowledge and analytical skills for complex troubleshooting.
