Key Responsibilities:

• RPA Development and Implementation:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA bots to automate business processes across multiple systems and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their automation needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Use RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.) to build scalable automation solutions.
• Build reusable and modular components for automation workflows to reduce redundancy.
• Solution Design:
• Work with the business and technical teams to design end-to-end automation solutions.
• Analyze current business processes to identify automation opportunities and define the scope of automation.
• Define and create detailed solution documentation, including functional design documents and technical specifications.
• Bot Maintenance and Monitoring:
• Perform regular maintenance of RPA bots and workflows to ensure they run smoothly.
• Monitor RPA processes for errors or disruptions and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
• Make improvements and enhancements to existing automation solutions as per changing business needs.
• Testing and Quality Assurance:
• Conduct thorough testing of RPA workflows and bots to ensure they meet the functional requirements and business expectations.
• Work with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure that automated processes are validated and fully functional.
• Document test cases, results, and any modifications to ensure automation quality.
• Deployment and Support:
• Deploy RPA bots to production environments and support their ongoing operation.
• Provide ongoing support to resolve issues and fine-tune automation processes for optimal performance.
• Monitor bot performance and work with IT teams to ensure the automation infrastructure is scalable and robust.
• Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing:
• Collaborate with business analysts, process owners, and IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of RPA solutions.
• Assist in the training of end-users and support teams in RPA-related tools and technologies.
• Contribute to the improvement of RPA processes and methodologies based on lessons learned from past implementations.
• Documentation:
• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, functional specifications, and deployment procedures.
• Maintain an updated repository of automation scripts, workflows, and other RPA-related documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in RPA development and automation solution delivery.
• Hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflow automation.
• Experience with integration tools and technologies (e.g., REST APIs, web services, databases).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in RPA development platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism).
• Solid understanding of scripting languages (e.g., VB.NET, C#, Python, JavaScript).
• Experience with SQL for querying databases and managing data in the context of automation.
• Knowledge of process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud-based RPA solutions (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator, Automation Anywhere Control Room).
