1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and gather requirements for RPA projects.
2. Design and develop RPA solutions using industry-leading RPA tools, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
3. Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution design documents, process flows, and test plans.
4. Implement automation workflows that integrate with various systems and applications, such as ERP systems, CRM tools, databases, and web services.
5. Configure and deploy software robots to automate repetitive tasks and processes.
6. Conduct testing and debugging of automation workflows to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and reliability.
7. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolution to RPA production incidents.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams, to ensure successful delivery of RPA projects.
9. Stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies and tools.
10. Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement and automation optimization.
