Job Title: RPA UiPath Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated RPA UiPath Developer with 12 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath. The candidate will work closely with business teams to automate repetitive processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath.
  • Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities.
  • Build and maintain automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
  • Manage and monitor bots through UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize existing automation processes.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements.
  • Ensure automation solutions follow best practices and coding standards.
  • Maintain documentation for RPA processes and workflows.
  • Provide support for deployed automation processes.
  • Required Skills

    • 12 years of hands-on experience in RPA development.
    • Strong experience with UiPath Studio for workflow automation.
    • Knowledge of UiPath Orchestrator for bot deployment and monitoring.
    • Understanding of RPA lifecycle and automation frameworks.
    • Experience with process automation, debugging, and exception handling.
    • Basic knowledge of SQL, APIs, or scripting is an advantage.
    • Familiarity with version control tools (Git or similar) is a plus.
  • Educational Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

    Preferred Skills

    • UiPath certification (Associate/Advanced RPA Developer).
    • Experience with process analysis and documentation.
    • Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
