Job Description
We are seeking an experienced RPA Developer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and business requirements.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for RPA processes and workflows.
- Conduct testing and debugging of RPA solutions to ensure high performance and reliability.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA applications post-deployment.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation development.
- Strong proficiency in RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Experience in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
- Familiarity with SQL and database management.
- Understanding of process mapping and workflow design.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
