Communicates and enforces coding standards Performs code reviews and mentors junior developers Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients Understands browser / client specific compatibility issues

Technical Experience : Should have deep technical expertise in understanding the as is and to be solution provided by architects to prepare detailed low-level design tech design document at component level Should be from Programming background with hands-on experience with BP Should have web development skills HTML, CSS Experience on any Process Automation/Integration IT Projects Professional Attributes :

Good Communication skills- Written and Verbal Ability to communicate with client and get the Business Requirements Good verbal and written communication skills to connect with people at varying levels of the organization

Educational Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent

Additional Info : BP skilled required
