Neotechie is looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong hands-on expertise in Automation Anywhere 360 to join our automation team.

The ideal candidate will have experience across Task Bots, Agentic Process Automation (APA), and Document Automation, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked on Healthcare domain processes.

The role involves end-to-end automation delivery, including requirements analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, SMEs, project managers, and other developers to deliver scalable, reliable, and efficient automation solutions.

• Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for RPA and intelligent automation.

• Design, develop, test, debug, deploy, and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere 360.

• Develop and maintain Task Bots, Document Automation solutions, and Agentic Process Automation workflows.

• Manage the complete bot lifecycle, from development through production deployment and support.

• Configure and manage bots through Automation Anywhere Control Room.

• Implement robust exception handling, logging, error recovery, and troubleshooting mechanisms.

• Develop complex and dynamic automation logic to support business requirements.

• Integrate RPA solutions with databases, APIs, web applications, desktop applications, and third-party systems.

• Work with applications including Excel, Web, Desktop, Citrix, and Mainframe environments.

• Test and debug bots to ensure functional accuracy, performance, reliability, and quality.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues and provide post-implementation support.

• Collaborate with developers, SMEs, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the automation lifecycle.

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including AS-IS process documents, TO-BE designs, solution/design specifications, test plans, SOPs, and user manuals.

• Follow RPA development best practices, design patterns, SDLC standards, and Agile methodologies.

• Continuously explore and adopt new capabilities and features within Automation Anywhere 360.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in RPA development, preferably with Automation Anywhere.

• Strong experience with Automation Anywhere 360 and production bot development.

• Hands-on experience with RPA, Agentic Process Automation (APA), and Document Automation.

• Experience in developing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting bots in production environments.

• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, workflows, exception handling, and bot lifecycle management.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control systems such as Git.

• Strong analytical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
