About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented RPA Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and automation delivery teams. The ideal candidate will drive the complete discovery-to-design lifecycle by identifying automation opportunities, documenting business processes, preparing functional requirements, and supporting successful automation delivery using UiPath.
Key Responsibilities
Process Discovery & Analysis
- Conduct process discovery sessions and workshops with business stakeholders.
- Document As-Is processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Analyze business workflows, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Evaluate automation feasibility and estimate business benefits, FTE savings, and ROI.
Solution Design & Documentation
- Design To-Be automation processes aligned with business objectives.
- Prepare detailed Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Work closely with RPA Developers to ensure accurate requirement handover.
- Support solution reviews and clarify business requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Testing & Delivery
- Prepare UAT scenarios, test cases, and test documentation.
- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
- Support production deployment and resolve post-go-live issues.
Stakeholder Management
- Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients, business users, and technical teams.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and client workshops.
- Communicate project updates and manage stakeholder expectations.
Required Skills
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience as an RPA Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience with UiPath is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies.
- Experience in Business Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, and Process Documentation.
- Hands-on experience in creating PDD, SDD, BRD, and Test Scenarios.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- UiPath Business Analyst Certification or other RPA certifications.
- Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
- Knowledge of automation ROI calculation and effort estimation.
