5+ Provide L2/L3 production support for Blue Prism automation processes.

• Monitor bot execution, schedules, work queues, and production environments.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, identify root causes, and implement permanent fixes.
• Perform bot maintenance, enhancements, bug fixes, and change requests.
• Handle incident management, problem management, and SLA-driven support activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve production issues.
• Prepare Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation and preventive action plans.
• Support deployment activities and production releases.
• Ensure adherence to RPA governance, coding standards, and security best practices.
