Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement automation solutions using RPA tools.
Develop, maintain, and optimize automated workflows to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and streamline business processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation processes and workflows.
Analyze performance data and metrics to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.
Implement best practices, governance, and standards for automating business processes.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver effective automation solutions.
Stay updated with emerging RPA technologies, tools, and industry trends to drive innovation.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on RPA development and implementation practices.
