We are looking for a Lead Agentic Automation/RPA Developer with 7–8 years of total industry experience and strong, hands-on development expertise in Microsoft Power Automate, UiPath, and Python/.NET.
The ideal candidate should:
- Have 7–8 years of total industry experience.
- Have strong hands-on Power Automate development experience, preferably 4+ years.
- Have strong practical experience in Power Automate Desktop and Power Automate Premium.
- Have 6+ years of hands-on UiPath development experience.
- Have 2+ years of hands-on Python or .NET/C# development experience.
- Have some practical experience/exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or Agentic AI.
- Have exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar AI-agent platforms.
- Be capable of independently developing and troubleshooting complex automation solutions.
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Understand business processes and translate requirements into technical automation solutions.
- Have good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Be willing to work 100% onsite in Mumbai.
- Be available for immediate or short-notice joining.
