We are hiring a RPA Automation Engineer for a Data Analytics & Automation Center of Excellence (CoE) that provides analytics solutions to improve business decisions across global operations and business functions.
The team focuses on enhancing productivity and efficiency through business analytics, data science, and automation projects, enabling faster and more effective decision-making.
This role is part of the Automation group, supporting global operations process automation and delivering solutions with speed and efficiency while supporting business growth.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Experience: 7–10 years
- Expertise: Solution Design & Development in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
- Education: BE/BTech/MTech (Computer Science or related engineering stream)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design and develop efficient, scalable end-to-end process automation solutions
- Implement solutions aligned with Agentic / Intelligent Automation using multi-bot architecture for real-time adaptation
- Work across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate Cloud & Desktop)
- Deliver POCs for feasibility of complex solutions
- Gather requirements and communicate architecture, design, and workflows effectively with stakeholders
- Handle stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment
- Lead automation lifecycle: development, testing, UAT, deployment, and hypercare support
- Research and recommend new technologies to improve automation efficiency
- Upgrade/migrate automation solutions to newer versions (Power Automate / Automation Anywhere)
- Maintain source control (Azure DevOps / GitHub) and environment promotion strategies
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to reusable components and CoE practices
- Follow automation standards: code quality, logging, error handling, folder structures
- Collaborate with enterprise IT teams and align with technology roadmap
- Support production automations and monitor bot runs
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
- Certifications: PL-500, PL-400 / PL-900
- Experience in Intelligent Automation with Generative AI (OpenAI / GPT)
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, OAuth, and design patterns
- Experience with Azure platform integrations, AI/ML models, SharePoint, OneDrive, and file systems
- Integration experience with Microsoft 365, Azure services, third-party APIs, and on-prem systems
- Hands-on experience in automation involving OCR, Email, Excel, APIs, SAP GUI, BAPI, databases, web & Windows applications
- Experience with AI Builder, Copilot, Automation Anywhere (IQ Bot)
- Proficiency in VB Macro, Excel formulas, Python, JSON, XML
- Experience working in Agile environments (Jira, Azure DevOps, Git)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have:
- 3+ years of experience with Automation Anywhere (A360+), including Credential Vault, Control Room, bot scheduling
- Exposure to SAP ECC, SAP S/4, Microsoft Dynamics
- Domain experience in Semiconductor, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Operations
- Integration with Power Apps & Power BI
- Experience with Dataverse (1+ year)
