Job Description

About the Role :

We're looking for an RPA Associate Operations Managerto lead and support our RPA initiatives for RCM-focused projects. You will be responsible for managing automation delivery, leading teams, and coordinating with US-based clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong hands-on experience in UiPath and Python-based automations, combined with people management and operational oversight skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of UiPath and Python-based automation projectsacross RCM processes.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage RPA developers; oversee task allocation, performance, and skill development.
  • Participate in client calls to understand requirements, provide updates, and manage expectations for US-based stakeholders.
  • Oversee design, development, deployment, and maintenance of automations using UiPathand Python.
  • Ensure adherence to automation best practices, governance standards, and delivery timelines.
  • Track project plans, tasks, risks, and dependencies using Monday.comand participate in daily/weekly status calls.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, quality, and productivity metrics; drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support issue resolution, root cause analysis, and escalation management across automation processes.
  • Collaborate with RCM, QA, and leadership teams to ensure smooth automation adoption and stability.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experiencein RPA / Automation delivery, with exposure to operations or team management.
  • Strong hands-on experience with UiPathand Python-based automation solutions.
  • Exposure to Power Automateand Automation Anywhereis an added advantage.
  • Provenexperience in people management and team handling.
  • Good understanding of RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) workflows is preferred and will be beneficial.
  • Experience working with US-based clientsand handling client communications.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SDLC, and project tracking tools (preferably Monday.com).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Location : Bangalore India (Initially Remote)
