Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement Solution Design:
- Develop and present automation roadmaps, proof of concepts (POCs), and ROI analyses to clients.
- Define scalable RPA architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing IT systems.
Project Delivery Execution:
- Oversee the entire RPA project lifecycle from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
- Manage and mentor a team of RPA developers, fostering best practices and innovation.
- Ensure compliance with security standards, industry best practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuously optimize automation solutions and implement post-deployment enhancements.
- Monitor and maintain bot performance, ensuring high availability and resilience.
Required Qualifications:
- UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) or UiPath Advanced Developer Professional (UiADP) Certification.
- 8-10 years of experience in IT consulting, business transformation, or automation.
- 6+ years of hands-on RPA development experience.
- Expertise in UiPath and Microsoft Power Automate (experience with Automation Anywhere or Blue Prism is a plus).
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, .NET, Java, or VBA for automation scripting.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations.
- Strong knowledge of business process optimization methodologies.
