As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of our core platform, working on scalable backend systems and collaborating with a talented team to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Java and MySQL.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of RESTful APIs and micro-services under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Build and maintain responsive frontend applications using modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular(TypeScript).
- Assist in integrating backend systems with cloud platforms such as AWS (ECS, RDS, SQS, etc.).
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and APIs.
- Participate in feature development, from implementation to testing and deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including frontend developers and product managers to deliver solutions.
- Follow engineering best practices, including code reviews, CI/CD.
- Learn and adopt new technologies and tools as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in full stack development.
- Strong experience with Java and a basic understanding of Spring Boot.
- Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Hands-on experience with Angular or React.
- Basic understanding of MySQL and database design principles.
- Familiarity with micro-services architecture and RESTful APIs.
- Exposure to cloud platforms, preferably AWS (e.g., ECS, RDS, S3).
- Ability to troubleshoot and debug issues in a distributed system.
- Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Nice To Have
- Experience with the Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with UI component libraries such as Angular Material, Bootstrap, or Material UI.
- Prior internship or project experience in a startup environment.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Docker is a plus.
