Role Description

The Route Sales Manager is a full-time on-site role based in Rajgarh. The primary responsibility is to manage and expand the sales operations across allocated routes. Key tasks include developing and maintaining relationships with bus operators, identifying growth opportunities, ensuring smooth service delivery, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves engaging in market research to understand customer needs, monitoring competitors, and driving strategic initiatives for market expansion.

Qualifications
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and organizing logistics for efficient service delivery
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities
  • Ability to work on-site and travel extensively within assigned areas
  • Proactive and target-driven approach with a focus on achieving sales objectives
  • Familiarity with the bus transportation sector or similar industries is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
