Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced National Sales Lead to build and scale our enterprise revenue engine across India.

This role will focus on strategic customer acquisition, key account growth, and closing large enterprise dealsacross priority verticals such as Automotive, Mining, Ports, and Industrial Automation.

The ideal candidate is a high-impact enterprise sales leader with experience in complex solution selling involving advanced technology platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Sales Leadership

  • Lead enterprise sales initiatives across India for AI, robotics, and autonomous technology platforms
  • Drive new customer acquisition and expand strategic key accounts
  • Own and deliver against revenue and pipeline targets

Strategic Deal Execution

  • Lead consultative sales engagements involving multi-stakeholder enterprise decision-makers
  • Structure and close large strategic deals involving hardware, software, and AI platforms
  • Develop customized enterprise solutions aligned with customer needs

Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, Operations Leaders, and Digital Transformation teams
  • Establish long-term partnerships with strategic customers

Market Expansion

  • Identify opportunities across sectors including:
  • Automotive
  • Mining
  • Ports & Terminals
  • Industrial Automation
  • Robotics and Autonomous Systems

Go-To-Market Contribution

  • Contribute to GTM strategy, vertical prioritization, pricing models, and channel partnerships
  • Provide market insights to influence product strategy and roadmap

  • Ability to engage with CXO and board-level stakeholders
  • Strong network within industrial and infrastructure sectors
  • Entrepreneurial mindset suited for fast-scaling deep-tech environments
