Role Overview:
- Ideal for engineers with strong full-stack experience who can independently own and deliver scalable production systems in a high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-quality applications using best practices like TDD and quality-driven engineering
- Work with modern JavaScript/TypeScript and build backend systems using Ruby on Rails
- Take complete ownership of tasks from requirement understanding to final delivery
- Leverage AI tools to enhance development efficiency while maintaining strong technical judgment
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions and CircleCI
- Monitor system performance using tools such as Datadog
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, system reliability, and team practices
- Support mobile development initiatives using Flutter
Requirement:
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and Ruby on Rails
- Hands on with end to end SDLC
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and monitoring tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously
