This is a full-time, on-site role for a Room Division Manager located in Nathdwara. The Room Division Manager will oversee daily room division operations, ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction and service quality. Responsibilities include supervising front office and reception areas, coordinating housekeeping and maintenance, training staff, ensuring smooth guest experiences, and addressing any service-related concerns promptly. The role requires close collaboration with various teams to consistently deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and maintain operational efficiency.

• Proven expertise in Customer Service, Guest Satisfaction, and Customer Satisfaction
• Strong ability to manage and oversee Receptionist Duties and front office operations
• Demonstrated experience in training staff to maintain high service standards
• Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills
• Leadership and managerial abilities to successfully lead teams
• Flexibility to address on-site operational needs
• Previous experience in hospitality or facility management is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
