This is a full-time on-site role for a Room Attendant at The Altruist Hotels, located in Maharashtra, India. The Room Attendant will be responsible for ensuring a pristine and welcoming environment for guests by cleaning and maintaining guest rooms and common areas. Responsibilities include making beds, replenishing amenities, managing laundry, disposing of waste, and responding to guest requests for additional services or supplies. The role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and a dedication to delivering outstanding guest experiences.

• Proficiency in room cleaning, bed-making, and maintaining cleanliness in both guest rooms and public areas
• Experience in managing laundry services, including washing, ironing, and sorting
• Strong communication and customer service skills to understand and meet guest needs effectively
• Knowledge of housekeeping practices and safety standards
• Physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that involve lifting, bending, and repetitive movements
• Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping roles is a plus
• Flexibility in working schedules, including weekends and holidays
