Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Room Attendant role based in Chennai at Fairfield by Marriott Sriperumbudur. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of guest rooms and common areas, ensuring they meet the highest hygiene standards. Daily tasks include making beds, replenishing supplies, servicing laundry, and addressing guest requests promptly. The role works collaboratively with the housekeeping and customer service teams to ensure an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in Housekeeping and maintaining Clean Rooms
• Proficiency in Laundry services and handling related equipment
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact courteously with guests

• Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods
