This full-time, on-site Room Attendant role is based in Trivandrum. The Room Attendant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas. Daily tasks include changing linens, cleaning and sanitizing surfaces, replenishing amenities, providing fresh towels, and addressing guests specific room-related needs with promptness and courtesy. The role also assists in ensuring high standards of customer service and satisfaction throughout the hotel stay.

• Proficiency in Housekeeping and Clean Room practices
• Experience in Laundry operations and maintaining cleanliness standards
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills for addressing guest needs effectively
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and ensure guest satisfaction
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining high-quality service standards
• Prior experience in a housekeeping or hospitality role is an advantage
