vResolution of Gold / Account audit irregularities.

vEnsure resoulution of Customer queries and complaints within timelines

vEnsure timely updating of the legal matters in the Legal Software and seek guidance from legal teams in ZO/HO

vTimely reporting of police seizure cases to the legal team in HO and follow up for approval to hand over the gold to police

vTimely attending the court hearings by liaising with advocates

vTo ensure that all the Branches comply with daily EOD, Charge taking and handover during transfer /resignation/leave. (HOTO Process)

vCBS Loan Cancellation approval.

vTo ensure branches maintain adequate Cash and Bank balances as per norms and follow up for transfer of excess funds to Central Office Accounts, HO, Cochin.
