Role Summary
Intellect IT is seeking a
Google BigQuery AI/ML Engineer to design and build next-generation, AI-enabled analytics capabilities on top of Google BigQuery.
This Role Focuses On Developing
- Natural-language query agents
- Forecasting solutions
- AI-powered insights
These solutions will be securely embedded into enterprise collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement natural language query agents that translate user questions into optimized BigQuery SQL
- Build and operationalize Gemini-powered AI workflows for analytics, summarization, and forecasting
- Develop time-series forecasting models using BigQuery ML and integrate results with Gemini for explainability
- Implement governance, access control, and auditability for AI-driven data access
- Integrate AI capabilities into Microsoft Teams for seamless user adoption
- Collaborate with data engineering, security, and business teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions
- Optimize query performance, cost controls, and data reliability in BigQuery
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Google BigQuery and SQL at enterprise scale
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery ML or similar forecasting/statistical modeling frameworks
- Experience working with LLMs (Gemini, Vertex AI, or equivalent) in enterprise environments
- Knowledge of natural language-to-SQL patterns and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
- Experience integrating data or AI services into collaboration tools (Teams, Slack, or similar)
- Strong understanding of data security, RBAC, and enterprise governance
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Vertex AI and model orchestration
- Background in retail, supply chain, or enterprise analytics
- Familiarity with prompt engineering, AI observability, and usage analytics
- Experience designing internal productivity tools or analytics platforms
