About the Role
We are looking for a Robotics Workflow Expert (Freelancer) to support advanced AI evaluation initiatives focused on robotics operations, automation workflows, autonomous systems, and intelligent process optimization.
In this role, you will work with AI-generated outputs related to robotic workflows, automation pipelines, robotic task coordination, sensor-driven operations, and industrial process automation, helping improve how AI models understand and optimize real-world robotics and automation systems.
Your expertise will contribute to improving AI systems used for robotics orchestration, smart manufacturing, intelligent automation, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Create deliverables addressing common requests within your professional domain
- Annotate and evaluate AI-generated responses related to robotics workflows and automation systems
- Review peer-developed deliverables to improve AI research quality and consistency
- Assess AI outputs for workflow efficiency, automation reliability, robotics coordination, and operational performance
- Identify process bottlenecks, control flow issues, system inefficiencies, or integration gaps in AI-generated solutions and provide structured feedback
- Support workflows involving robotic systems, ROS/ROS2, industrial automation, embedded systems, and intelligent task orchestration
- Contribute domain expertise to improve AI systems focused on robotics operations and workflow optimization
Requirements
- Background in Robotics, Automation Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Embedded Systems, or related fields
- Strong understanding of robotics workflows, automation pipelines, motion control, and industrial operations
- Familiarity with ROS/ROS2, robotic simulation, PLC systems, embedded systems, or automation frameworks is preferred
- Experience with industrial robotics, autonomous systems, or smart manufacturing environments is a plus
- Strong analytical thinking and workflow optimization skills
- Ability to critically evaluate robotics architectures and automation processes
- Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
