Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Robotics Trainer located in Jaipur. The Robotics Trainer will be responsible for providing hands-on training in robotic systems, robotic welding, and robot operations. Key tasks include troubleshooting robotic systems, conducting preventive maintenance sessions, and ensuring safe and efficient use of robotics technology. The trainer will also develop and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to learners needs, supporting their skill development in industrial robotics.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Robotic Welding and Robot operations
- Experience in Robotics and related technologies
- Strong skills in Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance
- Ability to train, mentor, and communicate effectively with diverse learners
- Understanding of safety standards and best practices in handling robotic systems
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Robotics, Engineering, or related field
- Prior experience in delivering technical/skill-based training is a plus
- Strong organizational and time management skills
