Are you passionate about electronics and love sharing knowledge Shikshak Solutions is looking for enthusiastic Robotics Trainer to join our team and help deliver cutting-edge, hands-on training in Electronics, IoT, Robotics, and STEM education.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic Robotics trainer to deliver engaging, age-appropriate robotics and technology lessons. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in robotics platforms, programming language, with a strong inclination towards project-based learning and competitions. This role will shape the next generation of innovators by integrating AI, coding, and real-world problem-solving into the curriculum.

Roles & Responsibilities Academic & Training

• Deliver structured robotics/STEM classes for Grades 312
• Teach basic electronics, sensors, circuitry
• Train students in Scratch, Python, C++, Java
• Implement project-based learning (Robotics, AI, IoT, Automation)
• Prepare students for competitions, exhibitions, and showcases

Lab & Resource Management

• Maintain robotics kits, tools, and lab discipline
• Ensure proper usage and safety of equipment
• Suggest new kits/tools (ESP32, AI kits, Micro:bit, IoT modules)

Student Development

• Mentor students beyond classroom learning
• Encourage innovation, teamwork, and problem-solving
• Track student progress and learning outcomes

Collaboration

• Coordinate with school teachers (Math, Science, etc.)
• Support integration of robotics into regular curriculum
• Share reports and feedback with HR & Sales teams when required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Prior experience teaching robotics, coding, or STEM to school-age students.
• Proficiency in robotics platforms and basic programming.
• Detailed knowledge of Artificial Intelligence & Innovation Engineering.
• Familiarity with Tinkering Lab setup.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills.
